Send an eGreeting

FlowerBouquet Send some words of cheer or encouragement to a friend or loved one in the hospital. WellSpan eGreetings are a free service and available for patients at WellSpan Hospitals. To send an eGreeting, simply type in your personal message. Our staff will then deliver the eGreeting to your friend or family member staying with us.

Please note that we cannot deliver eGreetings to outpatients, employees, patients who have been discharged or patients in the emergency room.

WellSpan Chambersburg Hospital: Monday through Friday
WellSpan Ephrata Hospital: Monday through Friday
WellSpan Gettysburg Hospital: Monday through Saturday
WellSpan Good Samaritan Hospital: Monday through Friday
WellSpan Surgery & Rehabilitation Hospital: Sunday through Saturday
WellSpan York Hospital: Sunday through Saturday
WellSpan Waynesboro Hospital: Monday through Friday

To ensure that your eGreeting properly reaches your friend or loved one, please include the patient's first and last name. Please try to avoid the use of nicknames and surnames. The patient's room number, if you know it, is also very helpful to our staff.

The content of your eGreeting is not confidential and will be seen by a member of our staff. Please do not include confidential or sensitive information.
We will make every attempt to see that the patient receives his or her eGreeting, but in some cases an eGreeting may be undeliverable.
